US domestic shipping
We will ship your order in by the most efficient method.
We ship by USPS, UPS and FEDEX.
Typically a standard delivery takes 4-6 business days. However, it may vary of shipping carrier and shipping distance. It is not guaranteed against acts of nature or third party shipper error.

All orders are processed in house and shipped within 3 business days of order. We always do our best to notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Please get in touch if you need your order to be processed urgently and we'll do our best. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you as soon as the order is complete.
International shipping
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be brought to our attention within seven days of receiving the product.
Costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please retain your tracking number and details in the unlikely event we do not receive your return.

Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition we will of course replace the item at our cost. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.
Exchanges
If you receive an item that does not fit and the product comes in multiple sizes we are happy to exchange the item for the right size if it is available. Shipping covered by customer. We do not offer resizing.
